Per our cancellation policy, customers need to cancel their recurring subscriptions by 11:59 PM PST on the 15th of the month (renewal day). At that point, all orders move to be processed for shipping and we cannot stop a shipment. If you cancel your subscription between when processing begins on the 15th at 11:59 PM PST and shipment, you are ineligible for a refund for that month’s box and will receive that month’s box. That month’s box will be the last that you receive as part of your subscription if you are on a month-to-month subscription and going forward, you will no longer be billed for or shipped boxes.
If your subscription is a 3-, 6- or 12- month subscription, you may choose to receive the remaining boxes that have been paid for and not shipped and just cancel further auto-renewals or choose to receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining boxes. If not specified that default is to ship remaining boxes that have been paid for.
