You should have received a tracking number when your box shipped (the email will have come from email@example.com) that will tell you the status of your box. If your box was undeliverable because of an incorrect address, your box will make its way back to us, at which point we'd love to get your box back out to you! Please update your address on your account or shoot us an email and we’ll get that taken care of for you. Once we confirm your new address, we’ll reship your box. We resend the first box for free as a courtesy, but any future boxes that are returned to us for an incorrect address we will invoice you shipping.
