We typically send all of our customers the same books each month (our board book box has the same three board books for everyone, our picture book box has the same two picture books for everyone) stock permitting. (First time subscribers may receive a box of past favorites instead of the normal month’s box.) You have probably inadvertently created two accounts, or overlapping accounts. Please email email@example.com and we will remove the duplicate account to stop duplicate boxes in the future. Some Bookroo customers sign up for duplicate accounts for gifting purposes, so it is not Bookroo’s responsibility to flag and notify of duplicate subscriptions.
